Who we are

We are 123buildabot, a small business based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. We run live online AI workshops for contractors and home-service business owners. When this page says "we," "us," or "our," it means 123buildabot.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out one of our forms (for example, a waitlist form on Facebook or Instagram, or a form on our website), we collect what you type in. That is usually your name, email address, phone number, and your trade or type of business. If you sign up for a workshop, we may also ask a few questions about your business so we can prepare.

Basic site and device data. Our web pages use cookies and the Meta pixel. These tools can collect things like the pages you visit, the buttons you click, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. This helps us understand how people find and use our pages.

Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't store your full card number. We may see basic details like your name, the amount paid, and the last four digits of your card.

Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • Tell you when registration opens, and share details about the workshop you asked about.
  • Run and improve our ads and our website, including measuring which ads and pages are working.
  • Deliver what you buy, such as your workshop seat, the Zoom link, reminders, and related materials.
  • Answer your questions when you contact us.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers we use to run the business. Right now these include:

  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for our ads, lead forms, and the Meta pixel.
  • GoHighLevel, where we keep contact records and manage our website pages and messages.
  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Zoom, to host our live workshops.

These companies have their own privacy policies. We don't sell your information.

Email and text messages

We only send you messages related to what you asked for, like registration news or details about a workshop you signed up for. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. We won't send you text messages unless you've agreed to receive them. If you do get texts from us, you can reply STOP at any time to stop them.

How to opt out or ask us to delete your info

You can:

  • Click "unsubscribe" in any email from us.
  • Reply STOP to any text from us.
  • Email us at [email protected] to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

You can also limit cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described on this page. When we no longer need it, we delete it.

Children

Our workshops and website are meant for business owners and adults. They are not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. If we make a big change, we'll make it clear on this page.
